Cut Off Time: All orders should be placed 48 hours prior to delivery date. Few products as mentioned in the description have 24hours delivery. The images displayed on the site in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability by 10%+/-

Ordering Channels

Customer can place order in two different ways.


1.1) Website

Customer can place order on our website and make the payment via different payment options like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Bank Deposit.

1.2) Email

Customer can directly send an email to to place an order.

Our customer care executives will reply/call the customers to confirm the order.

1.3) Social Media

User can also order via our social networking pages i.e. on Facebook and Twitter

You can send messages to us via these channels and we will get back to you to gather further information and to confirm the order.

Note: For Phone order and order via Facebook and Twitter Giftingnation Customer care executive will call to confirm the order and assist the user to proceed to payment if required.

Each product or service you order on our site, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes, surcharges and any delivery fees for the delivery service you select) as of the time you submitted the order.

Future Dated Orders: For all future dated deliveries kindly ensure you update the date in additional information section during checkout. Alternatively you can call our HOTLINE to provide complete details.


All orders will be confirmed automatically after placing the order. You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. Please put this in a safe place, as it will include all the details of your order, including an order number, in the event you need to contact us. To show our appreciation, you will receive confirmation e-mail from us when your gift has been received

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Your order is not accepted until your payment has been successfully made and we send you shipping information for the order (or the accepted portion thereof).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a portion of your order or if we provide you less than the quantity you ordered, your sole and exclusive remedy is either

(a) We will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion or the quantity not provided (if your credit card has already been charged for the order) or

 (b) We will not charge your credit card for the cancelled portion of the order or the quantity not provided.


No change in instructions will be accepted after 1 working hour from the time you place the order or after receiving order confirmation /acknowledgement from our Customer care team. Giftingnation will not be able to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or delivered.


Replacement policy

In case a customer receives a damaged/defective product, personalised or non- personalised (barring flowers, cakes, chocolates or any other edible product.) we will get the product replaced with another piece of same product. In case the replacement is not available or can’t be arranged for any reasons, we’ll offer the refund of same value to customer as the last option. Giftingnation’s decision will be deemed final in such cases.

  1. Customer has to contact us over call/mail within 48 business hours of delivery of the order (which will be verified with the courier company).
  2. Within 48 business hours of acknowledgment of complaint from Giftingnation about defective/damaged product by mail, customer is liable to share images and details of the defective/damaged product ( with order id in subject line of mail for internal investigation to be carried out.
  3. If customer does not share images/ details of the damaged/defective product within 48 business hours of receiving complaint acknowledgement from Giftingnation, the product will not qualify for replacement/refund.
  1. Our customer support executive will get in touch with you within 48 business hours of receiving the images/details by mail to help customer with appropriate measures.
  2. Once the timeline of 48 business hours from delivery is crossed and the issue about the product damage/defect is not reported, Giftingnation is not liable for any replacement/refund.

For all products, personalised or non- personalised, if the product does not match personal preferences/expectations of the customer and otherwise is in intact condition, Giftingnation is not liable to offer any compensation in any form of replacement/refund to it’s customer.

Note:  Any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake, cupcakes, tarts etc should be raised within 1 hour from the time of delivery


In order to check the status of an order, customer can call the HOTLINE. If the order is supposed to surprise the recipient and the receiver should not be called before the delivery, the customer needs to call the customer service to specify the same in advance. Giving the landmark for a midnight delivery is a must to facilitate the delivery boy to locate the address. In case of non-availability of the ordered products, we will first try contacting the customer to inform of the same and offer alternate suggestions.



Giftingnation cannot commit 100% fixed delivery time which is mentioned by the customer in the Special Instructions during checkout. All deliveries will be made between 11 am to 9 pm on the given date.  To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the note for special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Note: We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments in case you have ordered more than one product, which shall not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. Our service providers sometimes will not be able to telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.


Same day delivery is possible in Bangalore currently for products like Cakes and Cupcakes. Same day delivery is not possible in other cities other than Bangalore.

Orders received after time may be delivered the following day. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.


We make deliveries on all 7 days in a week and 365 days a year with no holidays. For some causes like Public emergency holidays, natural calamities we cannot guarantee delivery.


We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases. Giftingnation is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where: 

1) Delivery not done due to wrong address supplied by sender however we would try our best to reconfirm with the client for the delivery address.

2) Recipient not available especially in Hotels, Hostels and Gated Communities.

3) Premises locked.

4) Wrong phone/ Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done.

5) Recipient refused the products

6) Delivered the product at the Gate / Reception / Neighbor.

7) Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.



Before major holidays and festivals, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance. Giftingnation, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries.


Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain uncontrollable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer or supplier. In such cases, similar product nearest to the description shall be delivered. In case of natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, (flooding, quake, heavy rains), national bandh etc. we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In such cases a written communication will be sent to the customer on email for a confirmation for the same. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hours, it shall be assumed that she/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product and on alternate date


Once the order is placed on Giftingnation, no order cancellation can be done.

However, in cases, when the product is unavailable or order can not be processed for any reason, Giftingnation reserves the right to cancel the order and issue store credit/refund to customer as customer deems it fit.


Our delivery fee that is charged does not reflect our actual delivery fee cost. Some charges of delivery may be included within the pricing of the product.


We deliver and ship products to all cities across India. Only Cupcakes, Cakes are delivered in Bangalore & Hyderabad.




All prices listed on the Website are subject to change.  In the event a product (including, but not limited to, flowers, plants, cakes, cupcakes, and other gift products) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right, prior to the acceptance of your order pursuant to our Order Acceptance Policy described below, to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Please note that the colors of items and products may depend on your monitor and may not be correctly displayed.The availability of products and other items on each of the Sites may change at any time, without notice.

You agree that the prices are acceptable. You acknowledge, agree and understand that our website prices reflect numerous factors such as, but not limited to, purchased cost, overhead, delivery, labor, packaging, handling and advertising fees. You acknowledge, agree and understand that our prices may not be the same as the prices found at any store offline or online and may be higher priced. You acknowledge, agree and understand that when ordering an item or items such as, but not limited to, flowers, plants, cakes, cupcakes and/or any item listed on our website we reserve the right to choose the item on your behalf. You acknowledge, agree and understand that our prices on our website may change at any time and should the price change lower after you had purchased the item, you agree to accept the price you had paid. Prices can change even within the day due to market prices, our suppliers and/or service providers.

You acknowledge, agree and understand that our delivery fee that is charged does not reflect our actual delivery fee cost. Some charges of delivery may be included within the pricing of the product.

Substitutions can be in the form of, but not limited to, size, shape, color, kind, type, material and matter. Substitutions apply to flowers of all kinds and types and for products including, but not limited to chocolates, gift products, cakes and any products found on the website.
